Instructions:
- Start with taking the meat off the bone on this @rangehandmeatco Tomahawk
- Butterfly the steak with @spaceman_knives making sure not to go all the way through the meat
- Cut any extra fat off to get the shape of a heart
- Season with combo @meatchurch Holy Cow/Garlic & Herb
- Place directly on @traegergrills running 425° for 5 minutes
- Rotate 90° for another 2-3 minutes. Pull at 129° and let rest
- Slice up and give your sweetheart all those meaty feels❤️
